2 pork fillets
1 pinch thyme
1 minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste


2 cups water
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. white vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pork fillets in pieces about 1 inch each,
Fill a pan with water and put in the fillets, the thyme, the onion, salt and pepper
Simmer 15 minutes.
Drain and put aside.
In another pan put the remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling point, add the meat, cover.

Put in the oven at 350°F. For 15 minutes
