1 Betty Crocker super moist chocolate butter recipe cake mix
3 large eggs
1 c water
1 Hellmann's mayonnaise (not light)

1 can prepared chocolate frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 round cake pans.
Beat all ingredients for 4 minutes and pour into prepared pans. Follow baking instructions on box.

Bake at 350º

Use toothpick to check for doneness.

Frost with chocolate frosting.

This might not be G'ma Astin's chocolate cake but it's amazing! For those of you who have been to Portillo's in Chicago you will know! Don't be fooled by the mayo!
