1½ tasse eau bouillante
1/2 tasse margarine
1 tasse gruau

1 tasse sucre
1 tasse cassonade

1½ c. à thé soda à pâte
1/2 c. à thé sel

GLAÇAGE POUR LE GÂTEAU

1 tasse margarine
1/2 tasse lait carnation
2 tasses cassonade

Mêler les trois premiers ingrédients ensemble. Mélanger les trois autres ingrédients et les ajouter au mélange no: 1 Tamiser ensemble les trois ingrédients restants et les ajouter au mélange no 1: Mettre dans un moule de 9 x 13 et cuire à four 350° environ 35 à 40 minutes.

DIRECTIONS POUR LE GLAÇAGE

Cuire 5 minutes à feu doux à partir du temps que çà bout, retirer du feu et ajouter 3½ tasses de sucre en poudre et mélanger avec une mixette. Ne pas laisser trop épaissir.
