2 pork fillets
1 pinch thyme
1 minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the pork fillets in pieces about 1 inch each, fill a pan with water and put the fillets
the thyme the onion, salt and pepper, simmer 15 minutes.
Drain and put aside.

In an other pan put the ingredients below.
2 c. water
2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. white vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic

Bring to boiling point, add the meat, cover.

Put in the oven at 350°F. For 15 minutes
