Brownies:
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's Syrup (16 oz)
1 cup flour plus 1 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp peppermint extract green food coloring

1 c chocolate chips
6 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add syrup, flour and vanilla. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a greased 9 1/2 x 13 inch baking pan. Cool completely.

Beat first four frosting ingredients together and add a small amount of green food coloring. Spread over top of brownies. Refrigerate until firm. Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Cool slightly, spread over top of frosted brownies. Refrigerate again until firm.
