1 c. white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can bouillon
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 lg. can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion coarsely. Cook onion in butter till clear. Blend soup and bouillon. Add onion and butter it was cooked in. Add 1 cup rice. Salt and pepper lightly. Add mushrooms and blend together. Bake at 350º for one hour until liquid is absorbed.

Variations: Chicken and Rice Casserole - Substitute mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup. Substitute can of mushrooms with 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts.
