1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in oil and milk. Knead dough 10 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls. Flatten with hand and roll paper thin with rolling pin. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart at 325º for 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
