1 c. scaled milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 beaten eggs
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. yeast dissolved in a little water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
grated zest from 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following ingredients well: scalded milk, 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, and yeast. Let dough raise, then add 3 c. flour and salt. Let raise again. Divide dough in 2 parts. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick and spread with 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. sugar and orange zest. Roll dough up into rolls as you would for cinnamon rolls and slice. Place slices onto well buttered baking pan and let raise again. Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 dozen.
