1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs separated
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted shortening

Directions:
Add all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. When well beaten, add stiffened egg whites. Beat lightly and drop in lightly greased skillet.
