1 egg (med. or lg.)
2 tbsp. cream
pinch of salt
flour for a very stiff dough

Directions:

Beat egg. Add cream and salt. Blend. Add flour gradually. Kneed to a stiff dough. Roll out thin on floured board. Flour each side and stack by folding back and forth. Cut and stack in thin narrow strips. Flour again. Toss the strips with fingers. This makes the folds come loose much easier. Cook about 20 minutes in boiling liquid. These noodles may be prepared ahead of time and can be frozen.
