Ingredients:
1 lb crabmeat
1/2 c. whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 T. mayonnaise
1 t. dijon mustard
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1 T. Old Bay
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pick the crab meat to remove any shell.

2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over crab. Mix very gently (I use my hands) to avoid overworking the crab.

3. Form into patties; this will make six good-sized cakes. Chill for an hour or so.

4. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry cakes for about 4 minutes per side or until a nice brown crust forms on both sides.

Personal Notes:
This is the classic, 'almost all crab' cake popular on the East Coast. It might seem like the cakes won't hold together without more binding, but the chilling helps to set and hold them together.
