1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
1 16 oz. Can Tomatoes
1 16 oz. Can Pinto Beans
1 16 oz. Can Corn (do not drain)
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
4 oz. Mushrooms (do not drain)
16 oz. Water
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and onion in a pot. Drain grease (if necessary). Add all other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.

Note: I add a can of black beans or kidney beans (drained), whichever I have on hand, and add an extra can of corn. I also omit the mushrooms, and make my own taco seasoning.
