8 strips Bacon, diced
½ cup prepared Biscuit Mix (Bisquick)
¼ cup Butter, melted
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1½ cup Milk
3 Eggs
dash Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, crisp and crumble and set aside.
In blender combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9” pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mixture.
Gently press below surface with fork.
Bake at 350° for 30 min.
Let stand 10 min.
