2x 3 oz. pkg. Lime Jell-O
2 c. Water (hot)
2 c. Water (cold)
1x 3 oz. pkg Lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 c. Miniature marshmallows OR may use large ones cut into pieces
1 c. Pineapple juice
1x 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese (softened)
1 c. (1x 16 oz. can) Crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. heavy cream (whipped)
1 c. Mayonnaise
2x 3 oz. pkg. Cherry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lime Jell-O in 2 c. hot water. Add the 2 c. cold water and mix together. Pour into 9"X13" glass dish and set aside.

Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 c. hot water, then add the marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add juice, and cream cheese. Beat until well blended and stir in the pineapple. Cool slightly, then fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise. Chill until thickened, then pour over lime Jell-O layer. Chill this until almost set.

Dissolve cherry Jell-O in 2 c. hot water. Add 2. c. cold water and mix together. Chill until syrupy, then pour over the pineapple layer. Chill until firm. When ready to serve, cut into squares.

Make a day ahead.
It is pretty to use for Christmas and New Years. I make it the same for Easter and Thanksgiving, except I use orange Jell-O on top instead of red.
