drippings from turkey (if more is needed, add 1 can of chicken broth)
2 heaping tbsp. corn starch (diluted in 1 cup cold water)
salt
pepper

Bring turkey drippings to a boil. Slowly add corn starch mixture to gravy, stirring rapidly. When gravy has thickened to desired consistency, pull off stove, season with salt and pepper.
