approx. 5 oz. kale (or spinach)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup green onions
8 eggs
1 tsp. seasoning blend of your choice (optional)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Steam kale until barely wilted. Spread out in greased pan. Spread out the cheese on the kale. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour on top of the cheese. Stir slightly. Bake at 375F for approx. 30 min. or until set and starting to brown.
