Country style pork ribs
1 med. chopped onion
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 T. mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in skillet with a little olive oil till tender. Combine all the ingredients (except ribs) in a pan and heat to a boil. In a skillet, brown the ribs on all sides. Drain any fat, and pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake at 350º until tender. Or you can bake at 325º for 2 - 2 1/2 hours until tender.
