2 boxes Jiffy corn mix
1 8-oz. carton cottage cheese
1-1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs
1 10-oz. box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Chopped onion to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 cake pan or dish. Mix all ingredients. Pour into dish and bake 25 mins. or until done in middle.

I received this recipe from a lady at a Methodist church in Mt. Pleasant during a UMARMY youth mission work camp. The families of the church provided one of the evening dinners and one of the ladies brought this cornbread. It was outstanding and we all wanted the recipe!
