2 lbs. sliced carrots
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 jar pimentos
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in salted water until tender (not too done). Heat oil, vinegar, soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper in a pan. Drain carrots and pour over above mixture. Heat for a few minutes. Keep in refrigerator.

*Note: The longer they sit, the better they get!
