4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can use bone-in but be careful not to lose the bones. This is very tender!)
1 beer, any variety (I recommend an IPA)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp basil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Season chicken with spices and place in crock pot with beer and garlic. If frozen, cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours. If fresh, cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours.
