16 slices white or whole wheat bread
ham, sliced thin
sliced cheese or cheddar, sliced
6 eggs
salt and pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3 cups whole milk
1/4 lb butter
crushed corn flakes
dash tabasco sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of glass baking dish 9x13" with sliced bread. Cover with ham, then cheese, then top with bread. Pending on pan, you can do another layer. In bowl beat eggs, add spices and milk. Pour over layers in pan. Cover and let sit in fridge overnight. Before serving melt butter and pour over, cover with crushed cornflakes. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º.

*can also used hickory sticks
