1/2 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
300g butterscotch chips
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 pkg. (250g) colored marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the margarine and peanut butter on low. Stir in butterscotch chips till melted. Cool a little. Add coconut and marshmallows. Put into buttered 9x12 pan. Put into fridge. Cut.
