1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Make enough pastry dough for 12 muffin cups. Pour enough boiling water to cover 1/2 cup raisins. Let stand till the raisins are plump and then drain. arrange raisins in tart shells. MIx together the butter and brown sugar, then stir in corn syrup, beaten eggs, salt, and vanilla. Combine until blended, Fill tarts 2/3 full. Bake for 15-18 min.
