3 C diced rhubarb
3 C diced peeled apples
2 C sugar
1/2 C water
1 T cinnamon
1 2oz package of dry pectin

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot mix together the rhubarb, apples, sugar, water and cinnamon. Bring to a boil then cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the fruit is soft. Stir in pectin and boil for 5 minutes.

Ladle into sterile jars, wipe rims clean and seal with new lids. Process 10 minutes.
