WET MIX:

1/3 c. dark brown C&H cane sugar
2/3 c. Splenda
6 eggs
2/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried cherries
1 c. walnuts in large pieces
4 tbsp. dark molasses

DRY MIX: Use large bowl

1 c. Arrowhead Mills Oat Bran Pancake and WAffle Mix (Wild Oats or Whole Foods)
4 c. old fashioned Quaker Oats (or "Organic Oats")
2/3 c. raw wheat germ (mix well with large spoon)
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1-1/2 tsp tumeric
May add 1/2 cup whey protein powder to increase protein content

WET MIX: Beat eggs in small bowl. Add sugar, Splenda, olive oil and beat well with whisk. Add vanilla, raisins, cherries, walnuts (broken, but not chopped) and dark molasses. Add 1/4 c. skim milk and whisk.

DRY MIX: Mix all dry mix ingredients together in large bowl and add wet mix. Mix with large spoon. Should be very thick, if not you can add more oats and wheat germ. Spoon onto sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 11 to 12 minutes. Watch carefully so you don't burn them.
