1 32-oz. bag frozen hash browns, southern style
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Topping:
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients. Spread in 9x13 casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and top potato mixture evenly. Bake for 1 hour.
