8-12 oz. corkscrew pasta, cooked
14-15 oz. can artichoke hearts, cut up
1 small can chopped black olives
1 4-oz. jar chipped pimentos, drained
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 oz. provolone cheese, cubed (I use way more!)
1 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed (I use grated and way more!)

Dressing:
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. honey
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
garlic powder
pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shake dressing ingredients together in a jar. Combine salad ingredients and pour dressing over mixture. Toss. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

We love this pasta salad! You could add more vegetables to your liking but we just use the basic recipe. It's my go-to pasta salad.
