1 small pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
2 c. fresh cranberries
1-1/2 c. sugar (can use a little less)
1 large apple
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water; cool. Grind cranberries then stir in sugar. Chop apple and celery. Add cranberries, pecans, apple, and celery to slightly thickened Jello. Chill until set.
