3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes (I use canned)
4 T. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk

Topping:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, 4 T. margarine or butter, sugar, and eggs; pour in casserole dish. For the topping, mix the brown sugar, pecans, 1/4 c. margarine, and flour; spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.

Pretty much no one likes this but David and me. Vic will eat a little 'cause he's always a good sport when it comes to food!
