1 12-oz. can shoe-peg or white corn, drained
1 15-oz. can French cut green beans, drained
1/2 c. each: chopped onion
grated sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream
slivered almonds
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Topping:
1/2 c. butter
30-35 crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for butter and crackers. Mix crackers with butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
