4 lbs pork spareribs or pork loin back ribs
½ c honey
3 T soy sauce
½ t ground ginger
½ c brown sugar
½ t garlic powder
½ t ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in large resealable bag. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Seal bag. Turn once. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally. Drain ribs, saving marinade, and return it to refrigerator. Place ribs on rack in a greased shallow baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 ½ hrs. Drain. Pour the marinade over the ribs. Bake, uncovered, for 45 min longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
