6 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cups sugar
1 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Crumble Ingredients:
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup chopped, toasted walnuts
1 ½ tsp all purpose flour
½ tbsp softened butter
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer
until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg.
2) Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to butter mixture,
beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Spoon
batter into 12 greased muffin tins or 1 loaf pan.
3) In a food processor combine all the crumble ingredients. Sprinkle crumble
over each muffin before baking.
4)Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes for muffins, 45 minutes for loaf (turning halfway through time) or until a long
wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and sides pull away from
pan. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and cool completely
on wire racks.
