3 lbs. boneless pork ribs
1 C chopped onion
2 t garlic, minced
3 T butter
2 T soy sauce
3/4 C lemon juice
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Drain and discard liquid. In a small skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Remove from slow cooker. Allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
