1 chicken or a selection of legs and thighs

Sauce:

2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp red hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken parts in flour and bake at 350º for 30 mins.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and boil for 10 minutes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in covered roaster.
