1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 1/2 t crushed red peppers
1 large diced white onion
4 T bacon pieces
2 t garlic, pureed
10 C water
5 cubes chicken bouillon
1 C heavy cream
l lb. Russet potatoes, about 3 large potato
1/4 bunch of kale

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while your prepare other ingredients. In the same pan, sauté bacon, onion and garlic for 15 minutes. Mix together the chicken bouillon and water, then add it to the onions. Cook until boiling. Add potatoes and cook until soft, about 30 minutes. Add heavy cream and sausage. Add kale before serving.
