3 lbs spare ribs
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp chopped onion
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spare ribs into serving size pieces. Place into pot with enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes then drain.
Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl. Put ribs into a shallow baking dish and cover with half the sauce. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until tender. Turn and baste occasionally with remaining sauce while baking.
