2 1/2 lbs. beef sirloin, cut into strips (easier to cut if partially frozen)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 C salad oil
1 can pineapple chunks(12 1/2 oz)
1 can beef broth( 10 1/2 oz)3
1/4 C coder vinegar
1/2 C green pepper
2 large tomato, or can of tomatoes
1 TBL. soy sauce
3 TBL. brown sugar
1/2 C slice onion
1/2 C chopped celery
Cornstarch to thicken
1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with garlic, salt and paprika. Saute in oil until no longer pink. Add green pepper and onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan. Stir until thickened. Add pineapple, beef broth, vinegar, and tomatoes. Simmer until heated through. Should be slightly thick....add more cornstarch if needed....serve over rice.
