2 1/2 cups water
1 carrot, sliced
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodle pasta with flavor packet
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan bring the water to a boil over high heat.
2. Stir in the carrot and mushrooms and boil for about 7 minutes.
3. Add the noodles and the flavoring packet; stir to break up the noodles.
4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Slowly pour in the egg and stir for 30 seconds until the egg has cooked.
6. Stir in the milk.
