Pastry cups :1- 1/2 sticks margarine (softened)
1 small cream cheese (softened)
1-1/2 cups flour


Filling: 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
For Pastry cups: Cream Margarine and cream cheese. Add flour, mix well and chill overnight.

For filling: Combine filling ingredients and mix well.

Take pastry from refrigerator, make it into small balls and place in tiny muffin tins. Shape into the cups. Fill with 1 T. or less of filling.

Bake in 400° oven for about 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned.

Use un-greased tins. Cool after baking for about 5 minutes. When completely cooled put in midget/small cupcake papers. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Makes about 3 dozen cups
