1 round loaf Hawaiian bread
1 lb. Saddler's sliced fully cooked beef brisket
1/2 c. BBQ sauce of your choice
4 oz. pepper jack cheese
4 oz. colby jack cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Slice Hawaiian bread into 5 layers. Trim any excess fat from brisket. Layer the bottom with 6 oz. brisket and spread with BBQ sauce. The next layer is made of colby jack cheese. The third layer contains 6 oz. brisket and BBQ sauce. The fourth layer is made up of pepper jack cheese. The top layer contains the remaining brisket and BBQ sauce. Cover the top layer with last layer of bread. Rub butter evenly on outside of the loaf. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place on a baking sheet and cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
