5/6 hard boiled eggs, crumbled
1 bunch asparagus
3 TBL butter
3 TBL flour
1/2 and 1/2 or milk
toast

Directions:
Directions:
Cook asparagus until slightly tender, set aside.

Melt butter in quart sauce pan. Gradually add flour. Add 1-2 C of milk or half and half ( enough to make sauce medium thick). Add eggs.

Lay cooked asparagus spears on toast, pour sauce over.
