1/2 C Butter
2 C chopped fresh mushrooms
4 Tbl. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 C chicken broth
2 C half & half cream
1/4 C cooking sherry
1/4 C chopped chives
1/4 tsp. dry mustard


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter...add mushrooms and saute until soft. Add flour, mustard, and salt. Cook about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and cook until thickened. Add half & half, sherry and chives. Keep hot until serving.
