1 C sour milk (2 tsp. vinegar in warm milk)
2 C Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 C raisins3 Tbl. sugar
2 Tbl. butter
a few caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients..add raisins, then milk. Stir (the batter will be stiff). Knead mixture on board a dozen times. Put in bread pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 º
