1 T yeast
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3-4 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. lard (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix milk, sugar, and salt. Add dissolved yeast. Add 1/2 of the flour (1 1/2 - 2 C). Add egg and melted lard. Add remaining flour, leaving some for kneading and knead until dough is no longer sticky. Let raise until doubled 2 times. Make buns and let raise on greased sheet. Bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls:
Roll out dough on floured surface. Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into rolls. Place on greased sheet and let raise. Bake at 350º approximately 20 minutes.
