1 c. Butter
1 c. Oil
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cream of tarter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg
4 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375○ F.
Mix butter, oil, egg, sugar and powdered sugar until smooth. Then add all ingredients except flour and mix well. Finally add flour slowly until well mixed.
Roll into walnut sized balls, place on cookie sheet about 3 in. apart, and smash with the bottom of a flat cup which has been dipped in sugar to prevent sticking. Cup should be approximately 2 in. in diameter. Press until cookie reaches the edges of the cup and try to maintain even cookie depth.
Bake for 10 min.
