1 ¼ c lukewarm (not hot) water
2 tsp instant or quick-rise yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
3 c flour
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place the water, yeast, and sugar in a measuring cup. Let rise 10 minutes. Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the oil and the yeast/water mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball. Place on a lightly floured counter and knead for 8 minutes. Form dough into a ball and place into a lightly oiled bowl, flipping it over so it is oiled on all sides. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 60 minutes). Punch the dough down and divide into 2 balls. Press each ball out onto a lightly oiled pizza pan until it is spread out to the edges. Bake the crusts for about 10 minutes at 375ºF. Cover with pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 400ºF for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted You can broil it for a few minutes if you want the cheese brown and bubbly.
