1 large bag (2 lb) frozen hashbrown potatoes
2 cans potato soup
1 (8 oz) cart sour cream
8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and garlic salt together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart greased casserole dish or a 9x13 greased dish. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be frozen.
