1 pkg Devil's Food Cake
5 tbsp margarine, melted
2 eggs
2 tsp peppermint extract, divided
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I like to use the mini's)
few drops green food coloring
1 container vanilla frosting
green sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Combine cake mix, margarine, eggs and 1 tsp peppermint extract in a large bowl and mix until well blended and smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are set and centres are no longer shiny. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely.
Mix remaining 1 tsp of mint extract and food coloring into frosting. Frost cookies when completely cool and top with green sprinkles.
