Ribs:
1 lb ribs or pork buttons
2 tsp salt
2 tsp soya sauce
2 eggs
⅔ c flour
lard

Sauce:
1 c vinegar
½ c cold water
½ c white sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into small pieces and place in a bowl. Mix salt, soya sauce, eggs, and flour. Add ribs and stir well. Deep fry in well heated lard. Stir while deep frying. Fry for 15-20 minutes. Drain.

To make sauce, combine vinegar, cold water, white sugar, and ketchup in a pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes then thicken with cornstarch.

Add ribs to sauce and boil for and additional 10-20 minutes.
