Ingredients: 10 lb. ribs ( baby back OR regular beef or pork ribs)
2 sprig rosemary leaves 3 tbsp. seasoning salt 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion powder 11/2 cup Hickory & brown sugar barbecue sauce ( use whatever BBQ sauce you like) 1 tsp. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Directions:Prepare ribs by cutting off excess fat and tearing the film off the bony part. ( If it's hard to tear off you can mark with knife). Rinse and pat dry. Mix seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder then add rosemary leaves. Rub mix unto ribs. Place ribs in foil and put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. RIBS CAN BE COOKED IN tHE OVEN OR ON THE GRILL
Preheat oven to 200 ( 300-350 can be higher if in a rush) Place ribs in foil on cookie sheet or foil pan in oven middle rack Bake for 11/2 to 2 hours until fork tender
Mix BBQ sauce and jerk seasoning
Remove foil and brush with BBQ sauce ( for oven place on cookie sheet or pan) Put on the grill or back in the oven to BROIL
***Watch closely as it could burn easily.
Turn over and brush sauce on other side Put to broil or the grill
Ribs is ready to eat Enjoy!!!

Notes: Ribs can be seasoned with whatever you like. The key to good ribs is to let it marinate for awhile which could be a day or two in refrigerator.
